. Can we bring our own alcohol on the bachelorette party?
Yes, you can bring your own drinks. Both Buffalo Pedal Tours and Saloon Boat allow beer, wine, seltzer, and cider in cans or plastic. Champagne is also permitted, but glass bottles must remain with the driver or captain for safety. No hard liquor or shots are allowed.
Can we decorate the bike or boat for the bride?
Absolutely! You are welcome to arrive 15 minutes early to decorate the bike or boat with banners, balloons, and signs. We just ask that you use tape or zip ties and avoid anything that could fly off into the water or street.
How many people can join the bachelorette pedal pub party?
Our pedal tour bikes can host up to 15 guests, and our Saloon Boats can accommodate up to 16 guests. If your “Bride Tribe” is larger, you can book multiple vehicles to travel together in a convoy.
Can we play our own playlist for the bride?
All our vehicles are equipped with high-quality Bluetooth sound systems. You can connect your phone and play your favorite bachelorette party playlist throughout the entire tour.
Do we stop at bars during the bachelorette party?
Yes, we do. Most bachelorette tours include 2–3 stops at the best bars in downtown Buffalo or the Canalside waterfront. Your driver or captain can help you choose the best spots based on your group’s style.
Do you do boat parties?
Yes! We offer private bachelorette boat parties through SaloonBoat.com. Our boats do not require pedaling and offer a unique way to celebrate on the Buffalo River.
What is your refund policy?
All trips must be paid in full 14 days before the trip. We offer a full refund for cancellations made at least 30 days in advance. For cancellations within 29 days to 15 we provide a digital gift certificate. Cancellations made within 14 days of the tour are non-refundable.
Where do the parties start?
Boat tours depart from our dock at the Erie Basin Marina, 329 Erie Street, Buffalo, New York, 14202, and bike tours start at 249 South Park Avenue, in Buffalo, NY. You will receive a map and parking instructions in your confirmation email.
