What is your refund policy?

All trips must be paid in full 14 days before the trip. We offer a full refund for cancellations made at least 30 days in advance. For cancellations within 29 days to 15 we provide a digital gift certificate. Cancellations made within 14 days of the tour are non-refundable.

Boat tours depart from our dock at the Sun Life Marina, 1111 Fuhrman Blvd, Buffalo, New York, 14203, and bike tours start at 249 South Park Avenue, in Buffalo, NY. You will receive a map and parking instructions in your confirmation email.

How long are the bike tours and boat cruises?

The bike tours and boat cruises are 2 hours long.

Do you need to be 21 to be attend the party on the bike or boat?

Our rules are a little different for bachelorette parties. Family members and friends under 21, like your under aged sister, can join the party. They can not drink alcohol. You must notify us before you book so we can alert the crew.
